1995 Chevrolet 1-ton pickup with plow (Sewer Dept.)
1996 Ford Pickup F250XL, 4 wheel drive, dual gas tanks (Transfer Station)
1987 Ford ambulance (Water Dept.)
to be sold "as is" without reserve to highest
bidder.
Submit a separate sealed bid envelope for "each vehicle"
the bidder intends to bid on to the Town Clerk,
Town of Bolton, 4949 Lakeshore Drive
Bolton Landing New York 12814
on or before 4p.m. June 30, 2010.
Vehicles are available for inspection
during regular business hours
by contacting the Town Clerk's Office.
Sealed bids received by the Town Clerk will be opened
by the Town Board on July 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
or as soon thereafter as the process permits.
The Town Board shall select the highest bidder
who shall be required to pay in cash or by a
certified check within ten (10) days of notice of
bid acceptance. Vehicles shall be removed
from town property at the time of payment.
The bidder shall receive "good title" free of all liens.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject
any bid that does not conform to these requirements.

Be It Resolved that the Town of Bolton hereby establishes the following standard work days for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body.
